Talent Management
The biggest asset of any organization is the ‘people’. It is the employees that make an organization successful. At Welspun, identifying key talent within the organization - training and developing them to their full potential, is a foundation pillar of Welspun’s people management philosophy. |
Welspun believes that the real competitive advantage which would propel the Group on the exponential growth path it has envisioned would be the quality of its people. To ensure a proper growth and overall development of the employees Welspun started ‘Disha 2012’. Through this program the company is getting prepared to achieve the vision formulated for 2012. |
